Episode 20: Victim to Survivor with Courtney Hauser

Courtney Hauser is a Licensed Professional Counselor and ordained Pastor in Cleveland, OH. She has shared her story on the TCT(Total Christian Television) Network, been featured in Kingdom Christian Magazine as a Woman of Influence, and recognized as Who's Who in Black Cleveland. She has written a book, From Victim to Survivor (link below), to share her story of healing after many years of trauma. Courtney has also shared her story publicly in churches, women's conferences, workshops and teen events. She is so passionate about helping victim's find complete healing!

In this Episode, Courtney shares a bit of her personal journey. We discuss how she found healing after many years of enduring several types of abuse. Courtney also shares insight on several types of abuse, including church hurt and spiritual abuse.  She provides many details about her upcoming Victim to Survivor Conference in Lorain, OH on August 23-24, 2019.

Episode 19: Tragedy Evolves into Healing Journey & Ministry

Life changed in an instant for Julie Kemp and her son Landon Whitley on October 19, 1997. An ambulance t-boned their car as they were driving home from church. Julie awakes in a hospital bed to learn that her husband Andy died on the way to the hospital, and to hear that her only child would likely not survive.

Julie and Landon openly share their grief journey, and the miracle of Landon's recovery, Landon's 3 visits to heaven, and a miracle of forgiveness!

Julie is now a GriefShare Facilitator and has written 3 beautiful books (links below). Faith Has Its Reasons is a book about her experience that has inspired thousands of people. She and Landon have also written a beautiful children's book, Highway to Heaven, (available in Spanish as well) to encourage children who have lost a loved one.

I was beyond inspired to hear their testimony and feel honored to share this with you! They have appeared on numerous platforms including the Dr. Oz show, 700 Club, Inspiration Ministries, and many more. Their story has been heard around the world.

Episode 18: God Leads Entrepreneur to do the Unthinkable - with Randy Halcomb

Randy Halcomb shares his very personal story about a test he experienced from God. Randy and his wife Darlene were young and starting their life together. While they were very happy in the modest trailer they lived in, they had no idea the journey ahead would be marked by tremendous financial success. At the height of their wealth, Randy felt God was clearly asking him to sell everything and get out of his highly profitable business. This choice seemed completely irrational to everyone. The unfolding of events, the way God so clearly showed Randy what he was to do, is miraculous! The blessing from God to follow is also spectacular!

I love sharing this testimony for so many reasons. First, Randy is my first cousin, and I love my family! Secondly, it is such a great illustration of how God can speak to us so clearly through others. When we recognize the signs, seek His word, and pray specifically, we can get confirmation in our spirit for the true will of God.

"There will be a time in our life when we make more money than any other time. What we choose to do with that money affects the rest of our life. Manage what God has given you wisely."
